INDEPENDENT LIVING

We offer a wide range of options and lifestyle choices with the perfect blend of independence, privacy, and safety with the comforts of home. Our lifestyle choices include studios and 1-bedrooms. However we also have adjacent homes and cottages with the ability to add services and care on a need basis.

ASSISTED LIVING

In addition to complimentary and standard services found with Independent options. The Manse on Marsh provides as little or as much assistance as you request. We have caregivers and medication technicians available 24/7. Each residents is given a pendant that they may use at any time to request assistance. All services are provided with the resident independence and dignity in mind. The Manse on Marsh also provides 5 discreet 'check-ins' each day to every resident, regardless of their care needs. These checks include morning bed making, 3 meal tickets, and evening trash removal.

 

RESPITE STAY

The Manse on Marsh offers vacation stays as well as respite stays for people transitioning their way to better health. As our owner says, “People get better at The Manse on Marsh.”  

Temporary stays may include full access to our care department and the services they provide. Meals, laundry, housekeeping and concierge services are complimentary. Respite stays are ideal for those who are ready to leave a transitional or rehabilitation facility, but aren't quite ready to get back to all of the responsibilities of taking care of their home. We are able to work with your rehabilitation program to continue making progress while providing you the opportunity to relax and socialize in a fun and safe environment. Upholding health and wellness, our RN partners with residents, families, and physicians to coordinate care. By accessing health care providers in the community, our staff is prepared to assist families through all of the stages of life.

Our superbly trained Care Staff is available 24/7 and is always accessible. With an average call-response time of 1 minute, our Lifeline Call System allows residents to maintain independence while ensuring security.

CUSTOM CARE PLAN

Providing you with high quality of personalized care, we use a nationally recognized Assisted Living Planning Approach. Your own personalized care plan is determined by your  unique situation and specific needs.

TRANSITION PROGRAM

To ease the transition in your new home, we offer personal interaction with our Directors, Staff, as well as our Resident Welcoming Committee that assures every resident and their family will feel comfortable in their new environment.
