Meet the Owner

There are few people more passionate about serving seniors than Chris Skiff. His entire career has been focused on developing outstanding senior communities. With his award-winning communities he seeks to shatter the “old folks home” stereotype that prevents many seniors from enjoying the truly improved quality of life available in communities such as The Manse on Marsh.

A UCLA honors graduate, Chris began developing affordable senior apartments at just 23 years old with the largest developer of its kind on the West Coast, and has since been involved in over 20 senior communities.

Mr. Skiff has been happily married to his college sweetheart for over 28 years. They have been blessed with 5 wonderful children, two of which were adopted from Russia. Chris is a devout Christian, seeking to honor The Lord through his business and to compassionately serve others every day.

I feel truly blessed to have served hundreds of seniors, and probably thousands of family-members over our 15 years.
