–Premiere San Luis Obispo assisted living facility, The Manse on Marsh, recently made a donation to Sierra Vista Hospital of handmade baby blankets and beanies.
The donation was particularly special in that the items were handmade by residents of The Manse. “The Manse is dedicated to this community, and it was wonderful to be able to provide some holiday cheer to the new babies and parents at Sierra Vista,” said the owner of The Manse, Christopher Skiff.
New mom Elizabeth Van Slyke’s son was the recipient of a handmade Christmas hat. “These are so beautiful and such a sweet surprise for new moms and babies. Thank you,” she wrote after heading home with the newborn.
Residents at The Manse are active members in the community and take part in many local outings around the Central Coast.
