The Manse on Marsh kicked off the new year with the inclusion of a new software package to enhance the care and wellness of our residents.

The Manse has selected RealPage's Senior Living products as the best fit for our needs.
The software, called RealPage, enables The Manse on Marsh staff to construct an Electronic Health Record for every resident on campus. In addition to vital information, the software allows The Manse on Marsh Wellness Team to take advantage of emerging technologies for patient record-keeping, including data management, care planning, and progress notes.
Best of all, when critical updates, changes, or notes are made in a resident’s electronic health record, members of the Wellness Team are alerted and able to access all of the data, real-time, and improving their ability to provide even faster and more comprehensive levels of care for residents.
“Our new resident care software enables our team to combine their on-site assessment skills with the most up-to-date data entered to the record by any other team member,” says The Manse on Marsh Clinical Director of Wellness Kathy Hermosillo, RN, BSN. “Aside from replacing outdated software, which was necessary, this new package is a very important upgrade and will allow us to serve our residents in a more nimble and thorough fashion.”
The new software does not impact The Manse on Marsh resident “pendant” system, which is used by residents to call for staff assistance when they need it – as we say at the Manse, “Call, don’t fall!”
The Wellness Care team kicked off training for the new software at the end of January, and will continue training through the end of the month.
